Orders
Orders may be placed through the website (www.aeonjewellery.ae) at any time. Once the order is placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email with a receipt.
All items are made by order and will be shipped within 12 business days after completing the order. If you have an urgent request, please contact us through [email protected] or drop us a direct message on Instagram.

Note: orders placed during holidays or busy seasons can take longer than usual in production. If this occurs, a representative from Aeon team will inform you immediately.

Customization
Aeon offers simple personalization services (ex: engraving or color change) on its products with an additional fee. If you wish to personalize a product, please drop us an email on [email protected] and provide the requested information.

Returns & Exchange
– No Refunds are allowed.
– Unworn jewelry items are eligible to be returned for exchange or shopping credit within 10 days of receiving your order, please contact us for more details.
– Custom made pieces are not eligible for returns.
– Repairs: All aeon products are provided with a two-year warranty from the day of purchase. You are eligible for repairs within the given period under certain conditions.
